Faced with a declining NPS score, I led an in-depth analysis of customer feedback, collaborating with the Technical Account Management and Sales teams. Together with leadership, we identified key customer segments and introduced a dedicated unit to improve SMB customer satisfaction, adding a new segment to our customer categorization. This initiative led to a significant improvement in the NPS score for the SMB sector, bringing us closer to our overall NPS target and enhancing post-sale support and contract renewal processes for CXone.


API-Driven Ecosystem Enhancing Consumer Engagement in Wellness
I led the development of an ecosystem connecting consumers with partners to streamline interactions within the wellness software space. By leveraging B2B2C APIs powered by Mindbody, we enabled partners to offer smart rewards based on user activities, while providing actionable consumer data for behavioral analysis. This solution empowered both customers and partners to enhance user engagement and recommend personalized fitness activities, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and creating new revenue opportunities for partners.

Boosting Revenue Through Google Maps Integration on Mindbody
I led the integration of Google Maps Booking APIs with the Mindbody platform, allowing consumers to seamlessly book studio services directly from Google Search or Maps. This simplified booking process resulted in a 10x increase in partner network revenue within three months post-launch. Additionally, it empowered partners to boost post-pandemic studio traffic, driving significant revenue growth by attracting new customers through an intuitive booking experience.
